Yasin El-Kadı, one of the leading figures financing the so-called radical Islam, demanded prison penalty for Communist Party members who defined him as a supporter of terrorism.
The case against Kemal Okuyan, who was accused of insulting Kadı in an article, was dropped on Tuesday by the judge while the juridical process is still continuing for Alper Birdal, Aydemir Güler and Hafize Kazcı for another article which was published anonymously.
