No doubt that the government will once again step up and declare that "they were right" after this incident. We will not let this happen! The AKP government has blood on its hands, and will pay for it!
No one has undertaken the bombing yet. It does not matter after a certain point anyway. It has been a while since the blind violence has become the main weapon of politics around the world. It is always the people who suffer at the end, regardless of the agent of such actions. Governments either let them be by overlooking or actually plan them. In some other cases, such bloodsheds are organized amidst the inter-state or inter-imperialist conflicts. All of such actions recently occurred in our country points to one specific organization: the IS. At this point it becomes harder to find out who has benefited from this bombing. Because as Communist Party, Turkey (KP) has been stressing constantly, blind violence as a weapon of politics is the outcome of the replacement of doing politics with doctrines and programs by obscured and dirty negotiations behind the doors.
While offering condolences for the families of the victims and wishing recovery to the injured at Sultanahmet, the KP once more underlines that the only possibility to defeat darkness is working people's organization around an honest and revolutionary political line.
The primary responsible of Sultanahmet bombing is the AKP government who had led Turkey into this point. The domestic and foreign policies of the despotic and lawless AKP government who is continuously inciting bloodshed has provided the base for such massacres.
